This is a map of the Lower 9th Ward. The green pins represent people who have come back to their homes. The yellow pins represent people who think they may come back. The red pins represent people who aren’t coming back. The white pins are FEMA trailers. One of Linda’s main interests is to try to get in touch with as many former residents as possible and to encourage former residents to come home if they can.
