The ultimate goal of the Homeowner’s Association is to facilitate the reconstruction and return of the Lower 9th Ward to a vibrant community and to prevent outside interest from taking the land and using it for redevelopments that former residents can not afford. The Association hopes to fill in the gap were they may fall short monetarily with financial or material support.
